YA Pizza & Movie Night: Divergent, Wed, Aug 13, 6-8:30 pm.
YA End of Summer Sundae Social, Wed, Aug 20, 7-8 pm. Come to the library for a sweet treat this last week of summer reading. Grades 6-12.
Robots on the Run,* Thurs, Aug 21, 6-8 pm. This workshop aims to explain basic circuits and instructions on building a simple robot. Learn about interactive software called “Arduino.” Bring your broken electronics, and we’ll take them apart with you to learn about circuits. Supported by IEEE-USA K-12STEM Literacy Committee’s outreach program. Grades 5-12.
Minecraft, Wed, Aug 27, 7-8:30 pm.
Glass Painting Class** for Grades 5-8, Thurs, Aug 14, 7-8 pm. Make a sun catcher or a trivet when Magic Brush Pottery travels to the library for this hands-on class.

Make a Super Ball,** Wed, Aug 6, K- Grade 2 from 1-1:45 pm; Grades 3-5 from 2-3 pm. Kim from Catch the Science Bug shows you how to make a super ball from a kit and test it against the store-bought version.
Flumpa and Friends,* Tues, Aug 12, 10:30-11:30 am. This lively interactive family adventure featured the six-foot-six, blue-eyed tree frog and his creator, Wendy Whitten, “The Singing Scientist.”
Sciencetellers Present Dragons & Dreams,** Fri, Aug 15, 10:30-11:15 am. Learn about the science of fire and ice through this interactive presentation. K-5.
Tanglewood Marionettes Presents Cinderella,* Thurs, Aug 21, 7-7:45 pm. Set in the 18th century and featuring a dozen lavishly costumed 30” marionettes, this production of Cinderella is a Tanglewood Marionettes showpiece. All ages. To be held in the Performing Arts Center, Groton-Dunstable Regional Middle School in Groton. No sign-up needed.
