Ursula Flury of Nashoba Real Estate

Ursula Flury of Nashoba Real Estate

It was love of a man that brought Ursula Flury to the United States from Switzerland more than 20 years ago, and it’s love of her job, her community, and her new family that has kept her here. Now, another major change is taking place in Ursula’s professional life: Changing the name of her company from “Ursula Graf Real Estate” to “Nashoba Real Estate.”

After many years of working for larger, more traditional real estate companies in the Groton area, Ursula and her then-husband Mark Graf spun off their own residential real estate company, Ursula Graf Real Estate, in late 2004. Their business concept was straightforward and unique: Bring their professional real estate expertise to both buyers and sellers, and to deal with their clients in the most compassionate, personal way they could. They created a virtual office (a fairly new concept at the time) so meetings with their clients take place where the clients are the most comfortable. This can be at the sellers’ kitchen table or on their screened porch. Initial meetings with buyers often happen at a local coffee shop, and offers get written up at the house in which the buyers are interested, or over lunch or drinks at a restaurant.

Although the company name “Ursula Graf Real Estate” has served her well, Flury feels that it doesn’t truly convey the geographic extent of her business — which is the entire Nashoba Valley region, including Acton, Ayer, Bolton, Boxborough, Chelmsford, Concord, Devens, Dunstable, Groton, Harvard, Littleton, Lunenburg, Maynard, Pepperell, Shirley, Stow, Townsend and Westford.

According to a company press release, “Nashoba Real Estate is a full-service organization. Team member and Realtor Jill Marshall has been with the company for two years. She brings extensive customer service experience, integrity, and a wonderful smile.

Today, Flury and her team continue to bring a passionate, ethical, and detail-oriented touch to every sales interaction. The professionals at Nashoba Real Estate know that buying or selling a home can be exciting, but it can also be daunting and frustrating. To help minimize these potentially negative feelings, NRE agents pride themselves on being accessible and responsive to their clients. Most phone calls are returned within the hour. All aspects of a transaction are anticipated and addressed – “the good, the bad and the ugly” – with the goal of avoiding unpleasant surprises at the last minute. Their extended team of vetted professionals offers services such as home staging, professional photography, and videography for home sellers; and experts in finance, real estate law, and home inspection for home buyers.

Over the past twenty years, Flury has assisted more than 350 satisfied clients, many of whom came to her as the result of personal referrals. With her vast experience as a full-time, licensed Realtor, she helps clients identify their goals, prioritize actions, and deal calmly and logically with any issues. Flury and her company are well known and respected in the region. As a member of the BNI 495 Referral Network and the Groton Area Newcomers & Friends, she can help introduce clients who are new to the area into the community by connecting them with organizations, professional services and businesses that might fill a need for them.”
