Most of Groton was asleep last Saturday morning, when Anne Dries of Buddha Nest Yoga kicked off the Art and Climate Transition (ACT) Festival’s day-long run with sunrise yoga at the top of Gibbet Hill. She sent along these photos of a hardy crew of early risers doing the Sun Salutation (I hope I got that right), the appropriate greeting to the sun. The day long event featured a number of information sessions, music, art exhibits and creation workshops, and was sponsored by Groton’s Climate Action Collaborative.
