Bethany Loveless, Activity Director at the Groton Senior Center, is running two surveys about the center’s van service and activities at the center.
“I would like some feedback so I can make sure I am planning events and activities which the seniors are interested in. I also am in charge of dispatching and marketing for the van so I am looking for feedback as to what changes seniors would like of the van, especially what would make non-riders interested in giving it a try,” she wrote in an e-mail.
“I also have paper versions of the survey available at the senior center for those who are not tech-savvy. We want to continue our efforts and programs to meet the needs and interests of the Groton Seniors, so I feel strongly that the more feedback, the better.
