Groton PD’s Women’s Self Defense Class Starts Soon

The Groton Police Department will hold it’s popular free Women’s Self Defense class (RAD Systems) starting on Monday, March 18, and continuing each Monday evening through April 8, from 6:00-9:00 p.m. for women ages 14-59.

This is a great Mom-Daughter, Best Friends, Sisters or Ladies Night Out opportunity.
The class is open to residents and non-residents.
