If the darkening of the days as we lose an hour with daylight savings’s time retreat, several inches of snow on the ground, and Christmas ornaments appearing on store shelves didn’t convince you… Groton’s Police Chief, Donald Palma, has sent his seasonal reminder that the town’s winter parking regulations are in effect. “Article IV, Section 5 of the town by-laws prohibits parking on any public way for more than an hour between the hours of 1:00 and 6:00 a.m. from November 15 to April 15,” he pointed out in a press release.
