NRWA Science Saturdays are scheduled for Nov. 10 and Dec. 1 this fall

The Nashua River Watershed Association’s Science Saturdays program kicks off this week, on November 10, from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. with a second session scheduled on December 1. Kids 7-11 “learn about natural science through investigation and exploration in both outdoor and indoor settings. Learn about local river and forest ecosystems, weather, and wildlife,” according to a NWRA press release. Science Saturdays are led by Mary Marro, NRWA’s Environmental Education Director, at the NRWA on Main Street in Groton, and cost $25 per day. Students can sign up for both days or just one day. Pre-registration is required.

To register, contact Marro at (978) 448-0299 or MaryM@NashuaRiverWatershed.org .
