Members of the Groton Senior Center enjoyed a festive lobster lunch at S.S. Lobster in Fitchburg on Monday, as part of the center’s on-going series of monthly lunch trips coordinated by Groton Senior Center’s Activity Coordinator, Bethany Loveless. April’s lunch trip will be to Princeton Station in Chelmsford on April 23rd. To sign-up, contact the Senior Center at 978-448-1170.
The center was also the recipient of two portable flower planters that will beautify the center’s front porch this spring. The two hand-crafted wooden carts are the handiwork of Eagle Scout Candidate Michael Spaulding. As an Eagle Scout project, Michael made the two portable flower planters to add a little color to the center’s front porch.
